          3/2014-Current

Moved to Ballinger, Texas to rebuild an acquired house.  Rebuild consisted of complete removal of interior            construction, floor plan modification (new walls), addition of new plumbing, electrical, air conditioning systems. Project was a total reconstruction from existing concrete slab to the attic.

          Program Strategic Planner

Planned and developed FAA IMS for ATO-T Tower Flight Data Management (TFDM).  Developed, and maintained TFDM Initial Investment Decision (IID), Final Investment Decision (FID/RFP), Systems Engineering, and Program Implementation detailed schedules using FAA AMS standard milestones and products using Microsoft Project software application.

 

Assisted in developing and maintaining of several SAIC proposal schedules to aid in the contract proposal  process.

Planned and developed Government IMS for PMA-268 UCAS program that interfaced between contractor IMS and Air Systems/Interface  schedules.  Defined major and intermediate milestones, input tasking, identified interfacing tasks, and statused as necessary.

 

Planned and developed detail level schedules for ACAT-1 programs for NAVAIR PMA-272.  Process involved                                                                                                               initial conceptual schedule design to implemented, time-based schedules, and status of schedules using MS     Project. Phases of schedules included Technology Development, Engineering & Manufacturing Development,

         Project Planning/Scheduling

 Provided development, analysis and assessment of time-based schedules using MS Project for the CH-53                    Upgrades Program Office.  Worked with H-53 Helicopter staff developing and statusing government in-house detailed schedules, tracking Engineering Change Proposals from initial concept, through procurement, contracts, and technical directive to aircraft modification installations.  Incorporated each schedule into a single, multi-project, environment. 

 

           Computer Consultants International- U. S. Census Bureau, Washington, D.C. (2004-2008)

                     Senior Project Manager/Project Manager Lead/Primavera P3 Specialist  

 

Initial functions:  Performed Census Bureau project schedule migration and conversion from P3 to P3e version 4.0, and from version 4.0 to 5.0 which involved project exports and subsequent imports into the newer applications. Created new 5, 6, and 7 day calendars through the year 2015, and user defined fields in support of the conversion. Created and modified several reports to show data in explicit formats.  Created several layouts with filters, and group and sort characteristics in support of 2004 and 2005 Census Test projects.  Created several global change processes to modify imported data to fit the P3e version 4 data structures.  Created EPS/WBS  structure diagrams for all Census 2006 Test projects using Microsoft Word and Vision drawing tools.  Met with all division groups to train in methodologies for WBS development, and schedule development, input, and optimization.  Assisted assigned groups in schedule entry, activity relationship development, schedule analysis, and optimization using network, logic diagrams, and float analysis.  After projects were input, assisted same groups in activity status reporting and schedule analysis.  Developed a project status collection procedure that was incorporated in the division to obtain status for all activities on a weekly basis.

 

System Administrator:  Serve as System Administrator/Super User within Primavera P3e version 5.1 creating and maintaining user accounts and passwords.  Also create different OBS groupings for related project access.  Create and maintain account user rights tables for different levels of project database management. 

 

Contractor  Project Team Lead:  Designed, Developed, and maintained the EPS/WBS of the Census 2008 Dress Rehearsal and 2010 Census projects, utilizing Integrated Product Teams with associated projects.  Developed and maintained Census high level, and intermediate level schedules by real-time presentation format with Census directors and managers.  Conducted weekly staff meetings to manage schedule development with various division branches.  Resolved issues and policy modifications that accompany schedule development.  Directed system report generation, project layout standards for department printouts, and project development.  Coordinated division project scheduling meetings.  Maintained working relationships with all divisions with regard to schedule input and modification.  Performed periodic contacts with divisions to resolve all software and project management issues.  Coordinated multi-divisional, real-time schedule reviews and optimization sessions.
